Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational SaaS (Logistics/Supply Chain) company looking for a Sales Account Executive position, highly preferable from a SaaS and Logistics company background. The job is to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia with a hybrid working arrangement.Job Responsibilities:Manage assigned territory for end-to-end sales, focusing on new revenue acquisition.Drive enterprise sales, customer engagement, and support.Identify new prospects and their specific needs.Cultivate client relationships, providing continuous product feedback.Create new business opportunities and conduct virtual and in-person meetings.Research, plan, and deliver effective presentations.Communicate product developments to potential clients and engage in pricing discussions and contract negotiations.Achieve annual sales targets through new client acquisition and existing client growth.Identify new market segments for the company and understand its product offerings.Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders for seamless client handover.Maintain client updates on Salesforce and CRM platformsJob Requirements:Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS sales (1 year in logistics preferred).Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.Customer-focused with strong communication skills.Possess business acumen, be target-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in MS Office and open to travel.
