Loker iMin. Main Responsibilities
iMin is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities to maintain existing customers, as well as identifying emerging markets to discover new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention: Develop and execute strategies to maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential sales opportunities.
- Sales Planning: Create and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including defining sales strategies, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance.
- Product Promotion: Promote iMin’s products and services to customers, partners, and stakeholders, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop sales campaigns, create sales materials, and execute sales strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, and product offerings, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
