Job Descriptions :
- Analyse sales business process to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Define new product design process that is related to sales cycle from customer brief, design, quotation, order, invoicing, & etc
- Defines how sales teams participate in demand and production planning cycles.
- Defines master data requirements and reporting needs globally for sales, innovation, and marketing teams
- collaborate with other functions to identify area for improvement and to implement new procedures
- Develop & maintain documentation process and measurement system to track progress and ensure compliance
- Exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve business process & customer satisfaction
- Involved in the development & implementation of the automated process to improve efficiency
- Develop globalisation of sales, innovation , & marketing systems roadmap
- Conducted root cause analysis and develops action plans to resolve sell issues and inefficiencies
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement or business analysis in Sales, Innovation, and Marketing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills to work with other functions
- Prior experience with project management tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to drive results and achieving goals
- Experienced in working for global environment
- Able to work independently & prioritise worked in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of ERP System such as SAP, Oracle, dynamics, or Infor
- Knowledge of PowerBI, data lake or other analytic reporting tools.
- Understand master data requirements & the needs of reporting
- English is compulsory
- Demonstrates a strong awareness of the uses of IT within the industry sector and specifically
